Research Assistant

Viviana Gutierrez is a 4th year Cell and Molecular Neuroscience student. She is a research assistant for Dr. Julia Sheffler's Healthy Aging program. She is interested in lifestyle risk factors for cognitive impairment and the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.

About the FIRST Program

The FIRST program supports hiring of 6 early-stage tenure-track faculty. The FIRST Cohort holds a primary appointment in one of the research centers in addition to their tenure-track appointment in departments appropriate to their research
